Introduction
I asked Envizen Digital for their warranty and return policy for the EF71001 because the first review unit they sent to me had a defective tuner. The replacement unit worked fine only the fan was a bit noisy.
Whether these are defects were by the manufacturer or shipping carrier is unknown. Still, it's reasonable to think that a few units shipped will have something wrong with them.
My experience with Envizen Digital might be different from yours because they likely want to make a good impression with me since I am reviewing their product. Still, the company has done everything they said they would do. As a consumer, I would expect the same from them.

Envizen Digital, Model EF71001, Warranty and Return Policy
The following are Envizen Digital's warranty and return policy for the EF71001 as reported to me via email. Be sure to contact the manufacturer directly with any questions or to learn about any changes.
Product Received Defective
Customers can return their purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition they received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Products disassembled by customers are disqualified for this benefit.
Envizen Digital will provide free two-way prepaid domestic return shipping service for full refund or replacement.
Once the product is received and inspected by the warehouse staff (usually within 2 business days), Envizen Digital will process refund or replacement immediately.
Product Physically Damaged in Transit
Physical damages in transit must be reported to Envizen Digital or their distributors within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation of the damages to qualify for shipping damage claim.
Envizen Digital will provide free prepaid domestic return shipping for replacement.
Warranty Information
Standard warranty for EF71001 is one year. Coverage includes mechanical and electrical failures from normal use starting from item purchase date.
Extended warranty is available at $30 per year. They can contact Envizen Digital directly to receive the service.
