Cool Web Site: Where Is HD?

Wednesday April 23, 2008
I received an email today about a new Web site called Where Is HD?. This site's singular purpose is to show you High Definition content available in your area.

Here's how it works - first you enter your zip code. Click the submit button. Watch and wait a couple of seconds. Then see your results - an easy to read table displaying HD-only channels from your local broadcast stations, cable/satellite providers and C-Band services.

This is the site to go to if you want a quick comparison of HD channels or wonder how many local HD channels you get in your area. It's a lot easier to compare HD channels than by the old way - going to all service provider Web sites and then importing their HD channels into a spreadsheet or bouncing window to window. Kudos to Media Business Corp for developing this site.
