Learn About Digital TV

Tuesday April 15, 2008
The digital transition in the United States is February 19, 2009. If you do the math you know that the transition is less than a year away. This is where full-power TV stations must transmit digital 100% and end analog transmissions.

Cable, satellite or IPTV services aren't directly affected by the transmission and you will continue to receive signals as before. Of course, cable companies may redirect your service to a digital tier and ask that you lease a set-top box.
