DISH Network Programming

Thursday January 25, 2007
I was surfing the 'net doing my usual bit of research looking for what's new. Or, what I haven't seen yet. I came across DISH Network's new edition of HD packages and I have to say that I really like the look of them. They really make HD affordable without sacrificing the programming we expect for $40 a month.

DISH breaks their packages into colors:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

The prices range from $40-100 a month. Seriously, $40 a month isn't a bad price for 82 standard and 26 high definition channels. DirecTV's lowest competition is about $55 a month. Yes, DirecTV has more standard definition channels but their HD lineup isn't as rich as DISH's.
