The Loc8tor is a personal homing device that according to the manufacturer, "Tracks Items From Up to 600 ft Away to Within One Inch."
The Loc8tor website says that this product is good for keeping track of your keys, mobile phone, valuables, pets, etc. When I consinder how this product could be implemented within the audio-video environment, I think no further than the remote control.
The remote control is a device that has found its way into odd locations, like couch cushions, bathroom counters, etc. This is because many of us carry the remote when wandering about.
