Stocking Stuffer: Skip Doctor DVD/CD Repair Kit

The Skip Doctor is something I would recommend as a gift for that somebody who has everything. Odds are that they don't have this little trinket.

On a personal level, I have owned a Skip Doctor for about five years. At the time, I subscribed to an online DVD club. One of the purchases I made came damaged in the mail. Disappointed, I tried calling their customer service center to ask about returning it, but they were hard to get ahold of. In the meantime, I stumbled across a Skip Doctor while shopping at Best Buy. At the time it was $20, so I took a chance. Needless to say, it worked, and I am here giving a testimonial of its powers.

The Skip Doctor won't fix deep gouges (like knife wounds), but it will repair most of the common dings DVD and CDs get while being handled outside of their cases.
